The snack bar service was disorganized, and the food options were limited, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The octopus millefeuille at Fado Rock Steak House blew my mind! Not to mention the convenient on-site restaurant and bar for quick snacks and drinks made life easy. Plus, you can’t beat the close proximity to the beach and bustling Castillo centre, right at your doorstep.

I found the meals not as good as they used to be but breakfast was lovely. The bungalow needed a bit of a refresh—tired sofas and towels that don't quite dry you anymore. Sorry about all this whinging, but unless changes roll in, the price feels a tad steep.

The fridge left us with spoiled milk since it didn't cool properly, and the pool bar being closed on multiple days due to staff shortages was pretty inconvenient. there were complaints from other guests about inconsistent cleaning schedules and basic supplies being lower than expected.
